Sales Executive — Lead Generation & Closing

AureliusCo is a live Instagram automation platform (aureliusco.in) built on Instagram's official Graph API. We're bringing on a Sales Executive to own the full cycle — from finding prospects to closing paid plans — across both international and national markets.
You'll work both international and domestic (India) client segments — creators, e-commerce brands, agencies, and local businesses evaluating Instagram DM/comment automation.
What you'll do
- ✓Generate and qualify your own pipeline through outbound (DMs, email, LinkedIn) and inbound trial signups
- ✓Run product walkthroughs and demo calls with prospects across international and national time zones
- ✓Close new subscriptions across Basic, Growth, and Elite plans
- ✓Follow up on 14-day free trial users to convert them before expiry
- ✓Keep a clean, honest pipeline log — no inflated forecasts
What we're looking for
- –Prior experience in SaaS or software sales, or a strong track record in outbound sales of any kind
- –Comfortable working independently with a monthly closing target, minimal hand-holding
- –Clear written and spoken English for international client calls
- –Familiarity with Instagram/social media tools is a plus, not required
Performance-based earnings, uncapped
This role starts on a commission-first structure — you earn per closed deal, with no cap on how much you can bring in. After 3 months, reps who consistently hit target move to a base + commission structure. Because it's performance-based from day one, this works well alongside a full-time job, another commitment, or as your primary focus — you choose full-time or part-time.
