Agentxinnovations is a registered software development company taking on client projects and products. We're hiring a Sales Executive to generate leads and close deals for software services across international and national clients.
You'll work both international and domestic (India) client segments looking for custom software development, product builds, and engineering partnerships.
What you'll do
- ✓Source and qualify leads for software development and product engineering services
- ✓Run discovery calls to understand client requirements and scope
- ✓Coordinate with the technical team to shape proposals and pricing
- ✓Close service agreements and onboard new clients
- ✓Maintain an honest, up-to-date pipeline
What we're looking for
- –Experience selling software services, IT consulting, or B2B technical products preferred
- –Able to work independently toward a monthly closing target
- –Clear written and spoken English for international client calls
- –Comfortable discussing technical scope at a business level (no coding required)
Performance-based earnings, uncapped
This role starts on a commission-first structure — you earn per closed deal, with no cap on how much you can bring in. After 3 months, reps who consistently hit target move to a base + commission structure. Because it's performance-based from day one, this works well alongside a full-time job, another commitment, or as your primary focus — you choose full-time or part-time.
